Pursuant to our normal practices, every client will receive an Engagement letter upon hiring us to fix their tax problems.  The Engagement letter will spell out in precise detail what we have agreed to provide you, our client.  The Engagement letter allows both sides to clearly understand what their respective duties are in the tax resolution matter.
